Something I realized yesterday ~ on January 1st I weighed (at home, first thing in morning, nekkid) 199 lbs ~ 2 weeks ago at WW I weighed 199.4 ~ uuuummm that's a whole month with basically no weight loss ~ why?? (NOTE: no meeting last week due to bad weather)
OK so I admit I've 'cheated' a bit ~ haven't been totally faithful to journaling my food ~ HAVE NOT EXERCISED! ~ so now I start over? Yes & no ~ I start over by being back to my dedicated self ~ by getting on the bike and/or treadmill ~ walking more in general ~ journaling every bite again ~ EVERY BITE!
I want to say tho that there is a positive to this ~ I haven't gained!! Yay!!
Tonight I go back to WW meeting ~ no matter what the scale says I will be positive . . . . positive I CAN do this!! And I will not give up!
